2.High blood pressure. Taking yucca by mouth in combination with proper diet and exercise might help lower blood pressure.

3.High cholesterol and high triglycerides. Taking yucca by mouth in combination with a low-fat diet and exercise seems to help lower blood fats, including cholesterol and triglycerides. Also, taking yucca extract along with quillaia extract by mouth for 4 weeks seems to decrease cholesterol in people with high cholesterol.
