Chuanbei is a plant belonging to the genus Liliaceae and Fritillaria. It is the dry bulb of Fritillaria Chuanxi, Fritillaria dark purple, Fritillaria gansuensis, and Fritillaria striata. The first three are commonly called “songbei” and “green shell” according to their different traits, and the latter are commonly called “lube”. Produced in China’s Sichuan, Tibet, Qinghai, Gansu and other places. The biggest morphological feature of Songbei is “holding the moon in the arms”.
